    • Customers must fill in correct contact information in the order form, such as shipping address, name, phone number, email id, to get the product delivered on time so to avoid any delay or disputes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. That's why it's so important to carefully review your order before sending it to us.
    • In the case of non-delivery of the product within 20 business days, please contact us immediately and check the status using your tracking ID or with e-mail ID used while purchasing the order. In this case, you can request for reshipping of your order or a refund & payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card. Re-shipment will not be possible, if you missed out your package or lost after reaching your place. 
    • Refund generally takes 5-7 business days to reflect into your credit card from the date refund has been intiated.
