  • What is "Organic" food?

    Many people think about "organic" as meaning "earth friendly." Even though this meaning often holds true, it doesn't always. Organic regulations focus on farming practices and food production steps that can be monitored and controlled to decrease risk of food contamination and improve food quality. But for the most part, organic regulations simply do not try to address more complicated issues involving the earth and sustainability.

    How are organic foods identified?

    Least common in the marketplace, but most reliable, is the claim "100% organic" on the front of any certified organic food. This claim requires all ingredients in the food (without except) to be produced in compliance with organic regulations.

    Can organic foods really improve my health?

    Yes. Consumption of organically grown food is a great way to reduce your exposure to contaminants commonly found in foods that have been grown using conventional agricultural practices. These contaminants may include not only pesticides - many of which have been classified as potential cancer-causing agents - but also heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and solvents like benzene and toluene. Minimizing exposure to these potential toxins is an important benefit for your health. Heavy metals can damage nerve function, contributing to diseases such as multiple sclerosis, and interfere with hemoglobin production in a way that increases risk of anemia. Solvents can damage white blood cell function and lower the immune system's ability to resist infections.

    We accept only card transactions, We accept all credit & debit cards like, Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, DinersClub etc. For bulk transactions, we also acccept WU and online wire transfers.

    Is it safe to fill in my credit card details on your website?

    When will the amount required be charged from my credit card?

    The amount will be charged from your credit card at the time the order is processed and accepted by our card processor.

    I forgot my account password. What can I do?

    If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password" and enter your e-mail there. We will send automatically your password by e-mail.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    It is very simple to track your order, on our website you will find Track My Order tab, where you can enter your Tracking ID & can check the status in realt time.

    What if I do not receive my package?

    If you do not receive your package in about 20 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will reship your order, but if you have not taken care to take on your parcel we will not reship. Our main interest is to maintain our customers satisfied with our service.

    Are there any hidden costs?

    No. You will not pay more than the prices that were anticipated.

    Will there be any shipping & handling cost?

    No, any order above $100 contains free shipping and handling.

    Do you provide any discounts or offers?

    Yes, ofcourse, you will get a discount if you purchase above $300 or if you are referring any of your friend, family or relatives for our services. Special discounts are also provided for recurring customers and for regular customers. For discount related inquiries, you can contact us at the time of purchase.
